About Us

Nutmeg State Property Group is a real estate solutions company based out of Fairfield County.  We’re a family-owned business. R. Keith Daniel grew up in Connecticut and developed a passion for real estate while delivering newspapers to many homes in his neighborhood as a child. In 2019, with the support of his family, he turned that passion into a reality by creating Nutmeg State Property Group. We focus on helping homeowners like you to find solutions for your problem whether you’re going through a foreclosure, can’t sell your property, or just need to sell your house for all kinds of reasons.

Dilman Recinos is an active real estate investor and is currently based in Fairfield County. Dilman’s passion for real estate starts when he was 10 years old, following his father’s footsteps. Dilman also holds experience as a commercial retail property manager, creative finance specialist, underwriting, and lead management. His goal is to help individuals and families obtain financial freedom.


Arlene Sanchez is an active real estate investor and a licensed realtor in the State of Connecticut. Some of Arlene’s current roles are assisting our acquisition/disposition department, realtor connections, and coordinating transactions. Through her background as a Paralegal at a nonprofit organization providing free legal services to victims of abuse, Arlene discovered her passion for providing opportunities for individuals and families to invest in real estate and create wealth.


Brian Almeida started out as a full-time electrician. My focus was always on transitioning to full-time real estate without understanding exactly what I wanted to do. My ultimate real estate objective is to have 150 buy-and-hold units and to be a full-time flipper. One method I intend to use to accomplish this is to assist people in getting clear of unwanted and burdensome properties. With that objective in mind, I set out to put together a team of well-connected investors as well as hard workers. Dilman, Arlene, and Keith matched the qualities I was looking for in partners, such as hard work and ambition, and despite having different end goals, we collaborated to help each other accomplish them. My skill set involves an understanding of construction as well as customer service. I like to approach each situation differently because everyone has a different problem to solve. I’m happy to assist anyone with anything, even if it’s outside the scope of their property because partnerships are everything to me!!!


Vanessa Nicol is a dedicated and structured Executive Assistant with a passion for the real estate industry. With 4 years of experience in administrative support roles, Vanessa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team in streamlining their operations and enhancing productivity.

From managing emails, scheduling meetings, organizing files, and organizing lead databases, Vanessa has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. Vanessa has experience in marketing support, including creating promotional materials, designing property brochures, and managing social media accounts.
